Our farm is located in the heart of Shawnee National Forest between Marion, Illinois and Paducah, Kentucky -or as we like to say "it's a local call to God down here".
One half of our beef should fit perfectly in a 7.0 cubic ft. freezer. A whole beef would require a 14.0 cubic ft. freezer.
Our cows are raised on pasture and hay. Calves are offered creep feed and then fed grain based diets after weaning to maximize meat quality.

Yes. Freight distance will effect shipping costs due to transit time.
Due to demand, we pre-sell our beef shares. Orders made prior to August will be fulfilled November to January, and orders made after August will be fulfilled May to July.
